Maintenance Phase

Most clients intuitively know that their estate plan is more likely to work if properly maintained. Law, health, family and financial changes can require the estate plan, retirement plan, business plan and/or tax plan to be revised from time to time. Our clients rest easier knowing they are protected by our maintenance plan.
In order to maintain legal documents that best represent our client’s needs, we need to:

  • Have knowledge of the content of all cuurent legal documents
  • Be alerted to any significant life changes that may alter the estate plan
  • Have a maintenance plan with your estate planning attorney
